As with any connection to a web server, the server of our web hosting logs and stores certain technical data. The provider of Google Analytics is Google Inc, a company of the holding company Alphabet Inc, based in the USA. Before the data is transmitted to the provider, the IP address is shortened by activating IP anonymisation ("anonymizeIP") on this website within the Member States of the European Union or in other contracting states to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. The anonymised IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. In these cases, we ensure through contractual guarantees that Google Inc. maintains a sufficient level of data protection. According to Google Inc., in no case will the IP address be associated with other data relating to the user.

6. Hotjar

We use the Hotjar software (http://www.hotjar.com, 3 Lyons Range, 20 Bisazza Street, Sliema SLM 1640, Malta, Europe) to improve the user experience on our website. Hotjar allows us to measure and analyse user behaviour (mouse movements, clicks, scroll height, etc.) on our websites. 7. Facebook Conversion Tracking

We use the "visitor action pixel" of Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA ("Facebook") within our website. With its help, we can track the actions of users after they have seen or clicked on a Facebook ad. This allows us to track the effectiveness of Facebook ads for statistical and market research purposes. If you have registered for our newsletter with your email address, we will store and use your email address to send you our newsletter with information and advertising about us until you have unsubscribed from our newsletter.

9. Data security

10. Retention of data

We only store personal data for as long as is necessary to use the tracking and analysis services mentioned above as well as the further processing within the scope of our legitimate interest. We retain contractual data for longer, as this is required by legal retention obligations. Retention obligations that oblige us to retain data result from accounting regulations and tax regulations.
